A message from the CEO

Last week I was humbled to be recognised as a finalist for the NSW Medium & Large Business Award in Telstra’s annual Business Woman of the Year awards. My fellow finalists are an incredibly inspiring bunch of people with great stories and massive contributions being made across many different businesses and communities.  Over the next few months, I’ll be sharing with you some of the exciting topics we were asked to write about, to share further insights into TravelEdge as a business, and just what I’ve been doing to ‘undo’ business …. starting with ‘Purpose of your business’, please see below. 

Last month we held our annual Educational & Technology Showcase for some of our key corporate customers.  The feedback from everyone was that this event keeps getting better and better each year! You can read about it here 

And yes, it’s that time of year again… as winter approaches, I start my fundraising appeal for the Vinnie’s CEO Sleepout. This will be my fourth year sleeping out and I am proud of the $10,000+ I have raised to date! If you would like to sponsor my efforts this year, you can do so here. We encourage all team members to recognise people living our values by nominating and voting for the monthly ‘Legends’.  Additionally, we have an annual trip for the CEO Award of Excellence winners who get to go on a ‘money can’t buy’ travel adventure.
