Last month we celebrated 19 years in business! That’s nineteen years of helping you do business better, read about our celebrations here

A lot has evolved over the past nineteen years, and to ensure we continue operating from our vision: ‘making every journey an exceptional experience’ we have made some organisational changes within the TravelEdge Group.

These changes have been made with a deliberate focus on you, our clients, and our service to you, along with a focus on our People with the creation of additional career progression opportunities… over 10% of our People are now in new roles!

Over the next few months I will introduce you to the new areas of our business, starting with our Executive Team.

We have aligned our Executive Team with our four business pillars, I am proud to introduce you to:

  1. Deanne Waldron – Chief Information Officer
  2. Gordon Timm – Chief Finance Officer
  3. Noa Rein – Chief People & Culture Officer
  4. Annake Dippenaar – Chief Operating Officer

This is a team of experts who are passionate about driving success for our Clients and our People. They embody our values and culture and are dedicated to ensuring the growth and sustainability of the TravelEdge Group.

Telstra Women’s Business Award – excerpt;

Why is your business relevant today and how will you be relevant in five years’ time?

Our purpose is to enable companies / people to do business better… clients who have recently selected us to partner with are still saying that this is the reason they’ve chosen us!

Whilst TravelEdge is a ‘travel manager’… we are so much more, we are a conduit between what you want and how to get it, across the digital landscape of not only travel. I believe our business model of being only a service provider is evolving, and we’re now being seen as advisors, or industry experts … this is why customers are talking to us.

Being able to understand the changing landscape of the travel industry will set us apart from many of our competitors who don’t perhaps have the scale to look over the horizon and consider these challenges.

Securing funding to invest in future technology and solutions is another key part of my role. What we invest in today, will have merit into the future, and ensure we become even more useful to our clients.
