Message from Kim | November edition

Welcome to the November edition of InsideEdge. 

As the end of the year approaches it is time to reflect on the successes and challenges of 2019, thank our clients for your support and celebrate with our people. 

We recently thanked our clients via indulging in some retail therapy and champagne at our annual Client Appreciation event… at Estee Lauder. Whilst not your traditional location for a client event… this intimate, yet social setting and personalised service ensured we could demonstratour appreciation for your support over the year. You can read more about the event here. 

Celebrating diversity amongst our TravelEdgers opens us all up to new traditions, cultures and eventsIt also helps us live our Values, specifically ‘Be Authentic’ as we find out what is truly important to our People. We recently celebrated ‘Diwali’ in the office. This event is the Hindu festival of light. 

I hope everyone has the time to create space for some reflection of the past year and set yourselves up for success in 2020.
