About the role:
We are seeking for an experienced Afterhours Consultant who values our customer service principals and can offer a high level of service to our clients.

The destinations and complexity of the itineraries will keep you on your toes and highly engaged!

What you will bring to the role:

  • ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: Multi-skilled Corporate Consultant
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • At least 5 years’ industry experience
  • Flexible and available to work on public holidays (Christmas, New Year etc.) and covering for last minute shifts (peak or covering for teammates on sick leave)
  • Willing to work on a roster schedule totalling up to range of 30-45 hrs/fortnight (inclusive of MIDNIGHT shifts of performing admin tasks and answering calls)
  • Capable of working autonomously with strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding ticketing skills and able to source for solutions under high pressure
  • Owns personal office space as this is a work from home role

Corporate Travel Account Manager

Our client list is growing, and so is our team! TravelEdge is looking for an experienced and passionate Corporate Travel Account/ Business Manager; someone who can work autonomously, is self-driven and who brings a strong care factor to the relationship.

Things you will make happen :

  • Be the owner of  the business relationships
  • Smart use of products and technology to maximise benefit and demonstrate added value to your clients
  • Resolve escalated operational issues
  • Will keep your clients up to date with the on-going changes and innovation in the fast-paced industry

About you :

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of Account Management experience in the Corporate Travel Sector (essential!)
  • The proven ability to cultivate deep relationships with clients
  • A passion for care and genuine enthusiasm to build great relationships
  • Self-motivated with strong commercial and business acumen
  • Strong analytical skills with Advanced Excel experience

Domestic and Claims Consultant

What you will bring to the role:

  • Prior to domestic corporate or retail/wholesale consulting experience is required
  • Pride yourself on exceptional communication skills and customer service
  • Sound attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
  • Enthusiasm to grow your career whilst being mentored by experienced consultants
  • Technical expertise – Amadeus, Tramada is preferred
