This opportunity is for an experienced Multi skilled Corporate Travel Consultant with exceptional customer service skills who is ready to move into a truly rewarding and unique role!

No day will be the same.
This is an autonomous role, working with a friendly small team on an University Campus, dedicated to one account and committed to growing your reach.
This is a fast-paced environment, very high volume and you will need to have a love for this type of role where things can change by the minute!

In this role, you will be committed to:

  • Service delivery based on exceeding expectations
  • Responding to travel quotes within given turn-around times
  • Achieving KPI standards in Service delivery and turnaround times
  • Proactive consulting and travel advice, always asking never expecting to be told

You Will Have:

  • The ability to work autonomously and show initiative
  • Extensive corporate travel consulting experience
  • Excellent GDS, fare and product knowledge
  • Technical expertise – Amadeus and Tramada Next Gen is preferred (but we will provide a conversion course should you need it)
  • Exceptional communication
  • Demonstrate customer service excellence
  • Ability to multi task and manage time effectively

Project work
Client Training and Implementation

What you will bring to the role:
You love to live and breathe exceptional customer service, and willing to go the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service
Systems literacy is extremely significant in this role but not required
Having knowledge of Serko, Concur, AeTM and Tramada, as well as prior exposure to new client implementations would be highly regarded
Strong initiative and pro-active: actively contributing new ideas, improvements, etc.
High level of accountability and commitment
Solutions focused and able to apply creative and logical approach when troubleshooting
Team player with the ability to work autonomously
Sharp attention to detail and excellent time management
