"I work in a fast paced Funds Management company in Western Australia. In this business it is imperative that we have quick action when needed when it comes to travel for our staff.

We constantly have staff that need to travel at last minute notice to all destinations across the globe. There are times when flight paths & destinations need to change whilst the workers are already on their travels or they need to make a quick detour to the itinerary to fit in a meeting in a close by country.

Throughout all these travel demands I have always relied on TravelEdge and they have delivered fantastic results on every occasion. Being in a different time zone to their Sydney office has not been an issue for our company as I know I can speak to a TravelEdge team member at any hour of the day/night. I know that whoever picks up the phone at TravelEdge (even if it is not my regular travel agent) they will be able to pull up all the details on file or itinerary and make required changes on the spot.

All their staff have a ‘can do’ attitude which is a great advantage when I throw an extremely difficult request at them. They are always happy and friendly on the phone and they do look for the best options available for my needs and for our bank accounts. In fact, some of our staff even go to them with their personal holiday travel too!

I have no qualms in letting people know that some of the flights I need to book are very indepth and are really frustrating for me to try and sort out to my boss' specific needs, but with the TravelEdge team on my side, the job is always done with a quick turn around and a calm and helpful aproach.
