What we Love About TripCase

We first introduced TripCase back in May and now we share our personal experiences with TripCase to demonstrate how truly effective this application can be for business or leisure travel.

TripCase is the free smart mobile application which can be accessed from a compatible iPhone, Blackberry, Windows phone and Android device. The application allows you to store and organise information about your upcoming trips so that all elements of your travel itinerary are available at the touch of a button.
TripCase allows you to upload all of your flight, accommodation and rental car information in order to stay in control of your travel plans. Depending on when and where you are in your journey, you can use TripCase to receive regular advice and alerts including alternative flight schedule information, security wait times and baggage claim information, flight delays, cancellations, gate changes and hotel and car rental status alerts.
The TravelEdge team have been actively using TripCase and have found it to be extremely useful when travelling for business.
What we love about TripCase
The app sends a reminder email to the traveller a day prior to the planned flight times.
You can view the phone number of the hotel you are staying at, as well as directions to find it once you reach your destination.
You can view the weather at your destination.
You can receive alerts on flight changes, delays and cancellations, and can view alternative flight times in case you are early or late for your flight.
There are a number of handy advice, alerts and tools relevant to the stage of travel you are at.
The app is also great for leisure travel as it lets you update your family and friends with your travel experiences via information streaming, trip updates, posting photos and sending and receiving messages. You can choose who you want to stay connected with via the TripCase ‘connections’ tab and your connections will then receive links via email to be able to access and respond to your information and updates.
TripCase is convenient and accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from most web-enabled mobile devices or your desktop. You can access TripCase from your Blackberry or iPhone at www.tripcase.com/m and click on the ‘FREE’ button or you can download from the app store on the iPhone.
