A message from the CEO

Valentine’s Day is fast approaching, and whilst roses and chocolates are lovely… why don’t we look at the way we treat each other, especially in the workplace! 

I was inspired to share this TED video on Linkedin recently, as it really hit home for me… are we doing the things that truly matter?! How do we run companies that people actually enjoy working for?! I got a lot from Patty McCord (Chief Talent Officer, Netflix), I hope you do too! 

Talking about appreciation, we recently held our Supplier Appreciation event for our airline and hotel partners. Once again, it was a wonderful opportunity to look at our prosperous relationships and thank our partners for working alongside us. You can read more about the event here.
