  • Operational troubleshooting and point of escalation
  • Technical knowledge strength, in Product, Amadeus and Tramada Next Gen

This is a hands-on role that requires a motivated, focused individual with an eye for detail and time management skills.

You will have:

  • Experience in corporate travel management
  • Experienced use of for Amadeus and Tramada Next Gen (preferred)
  • Strong management, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to strengthen these relationships
  • The ability to develop a successful team

Payroll Coordinator

 

If you are looking for a supportive environment and an exciting industry (TRAVEL!) – this is the role for you! We are looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join our Finance team. You will provide payroll support to TravelEdge Group and will act as the liaison between our Company and our outsourced payroll provider ensuring the timely and accurate processing of weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll. This part time role is 30 hours per week (3 days a week)

Things you will make happen

  • Establish and maintain employee database information, ensuring that employee information changes are correct and approved;
  • Resolve any queries relating to payroll in a prompt and friendly manner;
  • Preparation of payroll: fortnightly and monthly for all TravelEdge Group employees (100 + employees)
  • End of financial year preparation and processing, including PAYG Summaries;
  • Quarterly Superannuation payments including reconciliation, preparation and processing;
  • Prepare payroll reports as requested;
  • Identify ways to improve payroll processes and align with the business’ needs;
  • Ability to understand and interpret Employment Agreements and relevant Awards with the support of the People & Culture Team.

About you

  • You will be an experienced payroll coordinator with at least 3 years of experience;
  • AussiePay experience is desirable however not a prerequisite;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders;
  • High level of attention to detail and accountability
  • Analytical and problem solving skills, as well as excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team.

  • Experience moving groups of minimum 100+ delegates

  • End to end management of projects
