Message from Kim | April Edition

A lot has changed since March when I spoke with you from this monthly corporate newsletter. Only a month ago we were talking about International Women’s Day, NDC and how to manage health and travel with COVID-19 gaining traction around the globe.

Since this time COVID-19 has become a pandemic affecting business, health and travel globally.

We communicated our initiatives to ensure our business remained sustainable, now and for the future, including the difficult decision to scale back operations in line with the decrease in demand of our services.

Despite this, our purpose has not changed, we continue to help you do business better, providing exceptional servicing for all requests.

As a reminder:

  1. Our operational staff are available for anything you need.
  2. Your servicing team may have changed, however, the service has not. Please continue to contact the team on the same details.
  3. Response times may be longer than usual due to the decrease in operational staff, we appreciate your patience in these times.

We will continue to navigate this global health impact and provide transparency and clarity to you along the way.

In the meantime, let’s not forget what a wonderful place the world is!
